Adrenal Grail

I have long been a fan of all Stronger Fitness supplements. I first started taking Adrenal Grail 4 years ago, and was in an Adrenal Fatigue health crisis! Laurie blended this for me and my life was changed!!! My fatigue, fight/flight feeling and nocturnal anxiety are now a distant memory!! I am so grateful for this supplement!!

I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue after a lot of stress over the last couple of years. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks now and I do feel a little less brain fatigue and even though I didn't really have a problem sleeping, but I do feel like I sleep more sound. My acupuncturist was impressed by the ingredients and I understand that it takes time to heal from it (she said 4-6 months) so I am being patient, but feel like every week I get a little better. Definitely happy I have it!

I've been taking Adrenal Grail together with Valerian Slumber for a while now and I'm getting better quality sleep and am waking up more alert, revitalized, with more energy to start my day. Most days I don't even need coffee to wake up, I just have the energy already available. This helps me take care of my chickens earlier before I start my work day. Thank you!
