Directions:

Take 1 capsule with food in the morning. After one week you can increase to 2 capsules (am/noon or two in am) After week two it can be increased to 3 capsules a day (am/noon/pm).

Great product

I don't like taking pills, but for this company I have made an exception. This product has really arrested the inflammation in my hands (arthritis). I used to rub DMSO topically on my joints, but because of this product using a pre- cursor to DMSO, I no longer need to do this multiple times a day - a game changer for sure!
I will be taking this product for as long as it's working- which- so far- has been many months!

Smells good!

I've gone thru alot of supplementation over the years and these are the first ones that actually smell good. Put your nose right in the bottle and you wont be disappointed. My old supplements either didnt smell like anything or they stunk like chemicals. These smell like food. And boy oh boy, do I notice when I miss a day or 2. I've been able to keep up with all my summer chores finally. Thank you, Laurie!!! I trust you cuz Dilley trusts you.

Im not feeling the normal lower toe area problem know. The pain in my hands have subsided as well. Thank you finally free
