Crushed really works. Inflammation in my knees is all but gone. A year ago I could hardly get up from the floor or out of a low setting chair. Now no problem. It really works.

I've tried several turmeric supplements that just didn't work. Tried this one and WOW...I no longer hurt everyday. I can enjoy my hobbies again and it has even kept me from having to get carpal tunnel surgery. Can not recommend this one enough.
