Finally Sleeping!

I heard Magnesium before bed is good for sleep, so I started taking Maxing Magnesium each night before bed. This one simple thing changed my life and I'm not exaggerating. Good sleep (or lack of sleep) impacts EVERYTHING. I had recently become such a light sleeper, it was awful because my sleep was so easily disrupted and I was always tired. From the first night I started taking Maxing Magnesium I slept soundly through the night and woke up refreshed. I have no side effects and wake up feeling great every day now.
