Not Today

My 15 year old son has been on Not today for about 2 1/2 months. It’s helped him so much with his anxiety/depression.. His so laid back now doesn’t worry about the littlest things til it overwhelms him.
I started him on 1 pill , helped some but had to take him to 2 pills . His almost 6’0 170 lbs. I would recommend this to anyone suffering

Stress level in our household has exponentially increased since about mid-June 2023 due to several unforeseen situations. This is my second order of Not Today. My husband and I have both been taking it at bedtime and I feel like it definitely helps us get to sleep and sleep deeply throughout the night.
